- The purpose of this final report is to find out, understand and learn the importance of discipline of the employees at Salon Kecantikan Rumah Cantik Muslimah & Spa “Desi Khadijah” Palembang , the problem which is found by the writer is how the discipline level of the employees at Salon Kecantikan Rumah Cantik Muslimah & Spa “Desi Khadijah” Palembang. To get the data from the company, the writer uses the method of collecting data by interview and questionnaire and analyzed by using percentage formula. The result and conclusion of the data processing and analysis is discipline level of the employee at Salon Kecantikan Rumah Cantik Muslimah & Spa “Desi Khadijah” Palembang is very good already where the labor discipline by severe disciplinary sanctions the average value is 98%, job performance level is very good as well, the average value is 84%. To give service quality to the consumers, the employees should keep upgrading and imporving discipline and the lacking of job performance in order not to disappoint the consumers
