  • The aim of this final report are to know the satisfaction level of customer with product quality of smartphone of Samsung brand which has been felt and to know which one of quality indicator should be increased and be kept. The techniques of collecting data which used were field research and library research. The techniques of data analyzing which used were quantitative technique and qualitative technique. Quantitative technique which used was formula of conformity Level between average grade of performance and average grade of expectation. Base on the data, expectation of customers was higher than performance which was given by smartphone of Samsung brand. So, the conclusion of this research is customers are not satisfied with the performance of product quality that given. There’s only one quality indicator that must be kept that is feature dimension, whereas the rest of quality indicator must be increased
