The purpose of this report, want to know the extend to wich use of 3 promotional mix that has been applied by Usaha Kue Kania Kalidoni Palembang. Data were collected through interviews and observation, and analyzed based on qualitative. The result show that the promotional at Usaha Kue Kania Kalidoni Palembang less effective. The writer suggest that the company should use advertising such as print media and electronic media to inform their products to costumers so that people can know more about their products and can improve their sales.
