Qualified human resources can be obtained from a good recruitment process. One of the efforts that have been made by AJB Bumiputera Cinde Palembang Branch Office in obtaining high quality human resources is to make the execution of the work that is expected to deliver good work. AJB Bumiputera has its own stage of the recruitment process. The purpose of this research is to derive the recruitment of employees of the marketing process in AJB Bumiputera, whether recruitment process of employee can run well or not. To achieve goals, the writer use technic of data collection that is questionnaire for 42 of employess AJB Bumiputera Cinde Palembang Branch Office and library research. Based on data processing it will be called that the recruitment process that the company has not completely good, it is seen from the results of questionnaires shared that the company is still using the close method only known by friends and family, and still there are some employees who do not participate stages still be granted.
