- This report is aim to know the work motivation of employee in sumsel post based on Maslow’s hierarchy, such as fisio, such as physiological necessary, safety necessary, social necessary, afiliation necessary, and self regard necessary. Sumsel Post is located at Jalan Bidar blok B No. 24 Kampus Pom IX Palembang. The methods of this report are field research, observation, interview, questionnaire, and library research. This report aim to show that work motivation of Sumsel Post employee in Sumsel Post based on Maslow’s hierarchy is high. That is result from the questionnaire which show that physiological necessary has85,5% of the average , safety necessary has 84,5% of the avarage, social necessary has 84% of the average, self regard necessary 57,5% of the average, and afiliation necessary has 81% of the avearage. These are show that could be support the employee of Sumsel Post in working.
