Results ofthis analysisindicatethe value of AdjustedR Square of0.622or62.2%, which indicatesthatpurchasing decisionsare influencedby thesixdimensions ofquality of productsremainingat37.8% influenced by other variablesoutside the modelis not examined. Dimensionalcomplementarycharacteristicsto be the mostdominantin influencingpurchasing decisionswithregersicoefficientof62.1%. Companies mustmaintainandimprove thedimensional characteristics ofcomplementaryby providingnewfeaturesinproducts.
