Throughthe questionnaireof this research, the authorknowthat thestrong roleof organizational climateon employee performanceof PTPegadaian(Persero) Branch Office Merdeka Palembang. It based on datathat the averagepercentage oforganizational climateon employee performanceis77.68% witha score ofrelativelystronginterpretation.
