- The purpose of this final report is to determine the financial condition of CV Multi Rezeki Palembang as seen from the ability of the company meet short-term obligations and the ability of companies to make a profit. The analytical tool used to find the results of the research, namely the analysis of liquidity and profitability ratios. CV Multi Rezeki Palembang is located at Jl. Ratu Sianum Lr.H.Umar No. 686 1 Ilir Palembang. Data collection methods used were interview and data obtained from financial reports from 2011-2013. Based on the research, it can be explained that the company has good liquidity ratios, as seen from the current ration already exceeds the general standard and also cash ratio and quick ratio has increased from year to year. The Profitability ratios as seen from the GPM, ROE and ROA were always fluctuating due to an unstable income earned and expanses were also increasing. Based on the research result, it suggest the company to add cash but not excessively, so it can be used to other accounts and cooperation with other company to streamline operational costs.
