The assessment of employees&#x2019; achievement in division office of South Sumatera and Babel are still not good because based on the results of the questionnaire and interviews shows that many employees who do not understand clearly the implementation of the work achievement appraisal by the company, because the leader do not provide socialization and explanation about the work achievement. There is no explanation about the standard value of each element that makes the process of the assessment becomes ineffective. Moreover, there is noinformation about the work achievement to the employees and there is no feedback given by the company to the employees who have unfavorable work achievement. The writer suggests the company should provide training or socialization about the implementation ofwork performance appraisal and the company should have a standard value from each element of the assessment ofemployeeachievement.
