This research show only qualitative data, the authors used data analysis inductive. The results showed still less than optimal implementation of visits of less participation in this training, the absence of a major problem in the implementation of training this is due to several factors, including from the bustle of the work unit participants as well as the lack of good communication between the executive and the participants in disseminating implementation Spiritual training building training.
