- The title of this final report is sales forecasting calculations of urea fertilizer on the PT Pusri Palembang PPD Sumsel. The company addressed at the Naskah Road Km 7 Palembang, companies engaged in the distribution of fertilizers. This final report examines the forecasting sales of urea fertilizer PT Pusri Palembang in South Sumatra PPD. Data were collected through interviews, observation and literature study. Data were analyzed using nonlinear regression method. According to the results, the authors found that in 2015 an increase of 217,551.4 tons, 2016 amounted to 244,464.015 tones, 2017 amounted to 288,802.605 tons, amounting to 350,567.17 tones in 2018 and in 2019 experienced the highest increase amounted to 429,757.71 tons. the average increase in sales of urea in 2015 to 2019 was 306,228.58 tons. from the data obtained that forecasting sales of urea fertilizer increased. to maintain proficiency level results PT Pusri Palembang should always do forecasting to avoid excess production capacity that could hurt the company.
