  • The purpose of this report is to determine how the level of customer satisfaction with service quality in Global English Language Center (GELC) Palembang. To achieve these objectives the writer used techniques collecting data observation, questionnaires, for data processing can be found that the level of customer satisfaction with services quality at Global English Language Center (GELC) Palembang is good to the customer can be seen from the consumer satisfaction index on service quality variable such as tangible 76,48% was classified based on interval value in the category of satisfied 61% until 80%, and then reliability 83,24%, responsiveness 82,458%, empathy 82,252% and assurance 83,278% were classified based on interval value in the category of very satisfied 80% until 100%. The writer suggest is Global English Language Center (GELC) Palembang should maintain the quality of existing services and further improve again so consumers feel very satisfied.
