- The purposes of this final report was to determine the extent of PT Rafika Mulia Indonesia (Rafika Catering) to utilize the promotional mix to improved its sales volume. The data diperoleh authors used several methods, which are interviews, documentation and reference books. Based on the observation that has been done by the author, PT Rafika Mulia Indonesia only uses 2 promotional mix like Advertisement and Publicity. The Promotional mix activities which currently used in PT Rafika Mulia Indonesia was effective, however in reality the sales of PT Rafika Mulia Indonesia was experiencing decrease of the sales volume in 2014. Because of that, it would be better if the entire promotion mix variables was used by PT Rafika Mulia Indonesia because the entire variable iseffective for the promotional mix
