This way of running for the unavailability of community facilities, especially customers PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang and seek to convey information about the PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang quickly. Therefore, PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang need an application that can assist in improving the information services. This application program consists of pages of information bill, new installations and information filing a complaint.
