This research focused on visitors’ perception of tourism attractions and public facilities in Taman Wisata Alam Punti Kayu Palembang. The purpose of this study were described about Sapta Pesona had been fulfilled or not in Taman Wisata Alam Punti Kayu and Public Facilities provided by Taman Wisata Alam Punti Kayu had been supported the tourism industry or not. The data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data were analyzed by using qualitative descriptive method. Based on discussion, the observation’ result showed that Taman Wisata Alam Punti Kayu had been fulfilled some of elements of Sapta Pesona, except cleanliness and friendliness, but the questionnaires’ result showed that Taman Wisata Alam Punti Kayu had been fulfilled all of elements of Sapta Pesona.
