The purpose of this report is to know the Standard Operational Procedure of Ticketing Reservation that follows the ticketing staff at PT. Sri Varia Wisata Tour and Travel Palembang. The problem formulation, what is the Standard Operational Procedure of Ticketing Reservation that follows the ticketing staff at PT. Sri Varia Wisata Tour and Travel. The data were collected through research method; observation, interviews, and library research. The result shows that the Standard Operational Procedure of Ticketing Reservation at PT Sri Varia Wisata Tour and Travel Palembang. It can be concluded PT Sri Varia Wisata has followed the standard procedure which has been there, and to maintain the existence of the business world PT Sri Varia Wisata adding shuttle facilities
