- SHORT MESSAGE SERVICE (SMS) GATEWAY BASED INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR PAYING TAX NOTIFICATION OF SATUAN ADMINISTRASI MANUNGGAL SATU ATAP (SAMSAT) BANYUASIN The purpose of writing this final report is to help Satuan Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Banyuasin to upgrading quality of performance and service. In paying tax proccesing at this time, Satuan Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Banyuasin has not utilized an information system. So, it causes the veihicle user forget to pay the tax. Based on those problems, writer has built a web-based short message service (SMS) gateway information system by using PHP programming language and MySQL as the database with GAMMU as Engine Machine which is able to give information about paying tax schedule.
