- A company or organization must be able to keep up with technology, especially in the field of information technology. The need for information to be more easily met with the presence of the internet which allows the transfer of information in just seconds. The system used by a company or organization in providing information to the public greatly affect the productivity of the company or organization. SMK Xaverius Palembang still using a simple system to manage information, so less update of information provided by the SMK Xaverius Palembang to society caused difficulties in the development of the school, especially in particular informastion on new addmissions students and alumni data. Kristanto (2008:6), “ Information is a collection of data that is processed into a form that is more useful and more meaningful for those who receive it. This data collection is done by using interviews and observation method. In information system of school data at Vocational High School Xaverius Palembang contained three users, such us admin, alumni, and prospective students where each SMK Xaverius Palembang still using different access right. With the making of this system is expected to help and pass on information on new addmission students and alumni data so it can become more effective and efficient
