- Data processing payments KKN students at Department of Information Management in general are already computerized. Secretary of the Department of recorded data by providing student financial payment receipts are then copied to be saved into Microsoft Excel. Therefore, the Information Management Department State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya require a savings account that is a virtual stopped to accommodate the periodic payment of student finance temporary. Thus, it takes a virtual application student financial account for payment of MPA students. Also avoid mistakes students lost receipts and with this system the student payment data can be stored securely in a database. Data collection is done is the method of observation and interviews with the Secretary of the Department of Information Management. We make design of Virtual Account Student Financial (Special Money MPA) Polytechnic of Sriwijaya in the Department of Information Management, The system is designed using the Android operating system, MySQL as database server and PHP as a bridge of communication, allowing users to access information that is available everywhere.
