- ABSTRACT In PT Rotary Persada Palembang, authors examined data processing employee treatment. The authors found the problems that exist in PT Rotary Persada Palembang where there is no special application used in data processing employee treatment resulting in data processing that is becoming less effective and efficient because it still uses Microsoft Word and handwriting. Therefore, the resulting reports are often not timely to these problems, the authors concluded that PT Rotary Persada Palembang require a new application program that is created using programming language PHP and MYSQL to help the HRD part in its work. The results obtained in the form of Application Data Processing Medication Employees at PT Rotary Persada Palembang employees who are able to enter the data, referral data, the data's license, employee data reported in parts, overall employee data report, the report perperiode referral letters, referral letters annual report and report license perperiode.
