Diploma legalized data processing that happening at State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya still modest, data recording manually by an employee or administrator of Academic and Student Affairs Administration (BAAK) on file alumni that input for legalized. This will certainly obstruct and require a long time in processing the data. Therefore, the authors feel need to build an application that is more effective and efficient with the aim of getting an application for diploma legalized data processing that are beneficial for all parties, especially for employees BAAK order to facilitate the processing of the data verified diploma which took place there. In addition, application development is expected to provide benefits to State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya in order to become a reference of knowledge in the field of Information Technology for all other students. The research methods used were interviews, observation and document analysis. In developing the system the author uses the method waterfall (waterfall). The results of this research is a Application for Diploma Legelizied Data Processing Applications at State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya Palembang using PHP as programming language dan MySQL as database.
