This report focuses on the delivery of goods at PT Indah Yatama Palembang. Writer suggested a problem in processing the data, where the delivery of goods is still done by the consumer to report to the admin and then after that the admin will input the customer data along with the data items to be sent to the Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Office Word thus inhibiting performance good employees in managing data delivery. In addition to the delivery of goods that occur during this time, many consumers are complaining about the absence of confirmation from the company related goods delivered if it is accepted by the recipient or any delays in the delivery process so as to make inconvenience for consumers. Therefore, the authors intend to make an application Data Processing Shipping by using the programming language PHP and MySQL database where the application is expected to facilitate the delivery of goods and services for consumers.
