- Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir is an institution that is engaged in the implementation of development in the field of education. Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas is the part of Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir which has an assignment managing the education, control and supervise the activities of schools in Ogan Ilir. Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas (UPTD) Pendidikan Ogan Ilir exist in every sub-district in the region of Ogan Ilir. One of the data processing to be done by UPTD is monthly reports consist of school data, teacher data, the data state of teachers, the data state of the students, the data state of the schools, teachers recapitulation attendance list, and the data transfer of students who received each month from each school in particular at the elementary school level in Ogan Ilir. The objective of this application facilitate school in making the monthly reports and facilitate UPTD in filtering and printing monthly report because this application is web-based which built using the programming language Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and MySQL that is structured and integrated database. The data collection method in the manufacture of this application is interview and observation. The author hopes for this application to be a solution for UPTD in monthly report data processing.
