The implementation in Telecommunication web system will ease the learning
process beetween lecturer and student and also give a room for them to do several
interaction in that e-learning system. For that reason an e-learning website based
on moodle has been established which used to open the e-learning website in
online method. Moodle is an application program which can change learning tools
into a web. This application will enable student to enter a digital “virtual class” for
get an access into learning materials. In this web design we need website system
configuration which including user management, course management, and
configuration on system level which done by administrator. Meanwhile e-learning
content managemnt which including uploading materials, task assignment, quiz,
make discussion forum and chat will be done by an user who have been granted as
lecturer by administrator. The result of this established website will make an elearning
website which providing facility for lecturer and students to do e-learning
process as well as exchange information between lecturer and student or among
students itself.
