The use of electrolyte as a catalyst is needed to form more hydrogen. By using the right electrolyte and concentration would optimize more gas. In this process the supply of energy and electrical current are needed in order to the electrolysis&#x2019; cell would work well. From that problem, the prototype hydrogen fuel generator is designed. Concentration of eletrolyte and electrical voltage are changed variables to calcultae the specific energy consume during the process. The hydrogen produced increases with the amount of concentration and voltage supply. For the 12 volts the highest hydrogen gas obtained at 0,5 N and the lowest at 0,1 N with the value 0,0034 moles and 0,0018 moles while for the 24 volts the highest hydrogen gas obtained at 0,5 N and the lowest at 0,1 N with the value 0,0036 moles and 0,0028 moles.
