  • Drying proses is heat movement process of the interface things so moisture content of the interface things decrease. Dude et al (1987) says that drying princips ussually will be involve double happened, nearly heat must give to material will be drying, and water must expose of the material. These phenomenom about heat movement inside and outside mass movement. The variety of cracker dryer that will be developing by lot of researcher is the answer trying of cracker production challenges it depend on weather ecspescially sunlight there is becoming challenge for industry to has crack dryer technology that could be production on dry season nor rain season. The dryer things that designed consist of four on first part namely furnace, boiler, heat exchanger, steam creating media for heat supply to dryer chamber. The temperature and steam pressure that’s formed the purpose of the researche is knowing the optimum drying rate on drying chamber to heat combustion of fuels on furnace base on heat combustion calculation 431,675 0 C, 538,4 0 C, 463,25 0 C get optimum drying rate(Rc) as 0,0314 kg/jam m2 , 0,0562 kg/jam m2, 0,0501 kg/jam m2.
