This study&#xD; aimed to determine the effect of various tapioca flour on the quality of&#xD; biodegradable plastic using a plasticizer polyvinyl alcohol with analysis has been&#xD; done. Making biodegradable plastic is done in three stages including, durio&#xD; zibethinus murr flour manufacture, manufacture of biodegradable plastic with the&#xD; various mass tapioca flour and analysis for plastic biodegradable include&#xD; measurement of tensile strength, and elongation, water resistance, and&#xD; degradation. Composition the using biodegradable plastic various mass tapioca&#xD; flour of 1 gram, 2 gram, 3 gram, 4 gram, and 5 gram with 4 gram of durio&#xD; zibethinus murr flour and plasticizer 2 gram. The result of this experiment is thin&#xD; sheet of biodegradable plastic that have been tested mechanical properties.
