- Mobile Communication be used for support human activity with communication without limitations of the region. So that need to development of mobile devices that can inform all of activity in everywhere like in the house. Mobile devices such as smartphones with android operating system can be used because that having open source character which can run many of applications. By making an application bell house with Eclipse which is an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) to develop software that can run on all platforms and that also adopting Java programming language in android, so that applications can be easily created. By using web servers that use Internet access as a function for sending files or data at the request of the user via communication protocol that consists of text files and images. The purpose of this application is a method of sending data image of the bell house that the guests photo will be sent to the application that has been owned by a smartphone with android operating system.
