- The customers always growing up in each time. So, automatically the transformer load will growing up too. That’s why the transforer is not any longer to carry the load that over capacity. So to anticipate it, distribution transformer code I.258 and I.845 we can install the additional transformer in there.This report is made to investigates how large the capacity of distribution transformer load and power losses before and after installating of additional substation.This report also comparing the manual calculation with the calculation based ETAP 12.6.0 apllication. Based on measuring date and calculation result, we can decided that installation of addition transformer can minimize the power losses. It can be proved by this calculation result. Based on the ETAP the power losses of distribution substation code I.258 before installating PAA 659 is 7,5 kW. Meanwhile, at distribution substation code I.845 is 10,6 kW. But, after installating additional transformer PAA 659 there is decreasing the power losses at distribution substation code I.258 is 6,8 kW and at distribution substation code I.845 is 8,4 Kw.
