- Lakso is kind of food that common seen in Palembang and around. But the process to produce lakso is traditionally and using manual tools, causing less quantity of lakso which could be produced. This condition requires the machine capable producing mass production of lakso. To achieve the goal, the machine is designed with pressing mechanism using screw which is by design and mechanism close to meat grinding machine. Hopefully by creating this machine could be an option for the producer to produce mass production of lakso. Key Word : Lakso, Press, Screw
