- In the current era of globalization is the rapid growth of a region. The need for the role of government and private sector to build infrastructure in order to accelerate the development of an area. With the development of an area would be brtambah also overcrowding. Seeing the growing need this solid foundation of Charity Orphanage bhaktiningsih Belitang Regency South Sumatra Province. on the building using a pile foundation. Planning is based on the structure of SNI 03-1729-2002 as well as the basic rules as well as books - another book berkaiatan planning reinforced concrete structures. From the planning of building Hospital Panti Bhaktiningsi KabupatenBelitang used pile foundation square-sized (25x25) cm with a depth of 9 m, the dimensions of the column size (50 x 50) cm and using reinforcement diameter of 22 mm, dimensions of joist wine transverse 20x40 cm reinforcement diameter of 16 cm, and the beam diameter (30x60) with reinforcement lengthwise direction diameter of 22 mm and a diameter transverse direction 16, and sloof dimensions (30 x 40) cm with 28mm diameter reinforcement and floor slab thickness of 130 mm. based peritungan can be concluded that this structure is stable and safe.
