  • To support and incerase food production in Musi Rawas district, one way to do is making Left Air Gegas Water Irrigation Network Planning Covering 2300 Ha in Musi Rawas. The final report contains the irrigation network planning, determination of channel dimensions, planning floodgates, calculation of cost budget plan, along with other components such as the project management concering the implementation schedule of network planning, explementation of technical spesifications and manufacturing jobs drawings. The planning of irrigation network is planned to meet or this final report includes rainfall data, map, and others. This project used method of Aljabar, Pen Man method, and others. Based on calculations derived dimensions of trafezoid-shaped primary channel which b = 2,5 – 2,7 m; h = 1 - 1,1 m; V = 0,57 m/det/l, I = 0,00030271 – 0,00035263 m. Secondary channel, b = 0,6 m; h = 0,6 m; V = 0,27 m/det/l; I = 0,00026589 m. Tertiary channel, b = 0,3 m; h = 0,2 – 0,3 m; V = 0,27 – 0,32 m/det/l; I = 0,00002809 – 0,00093533 m. This project requires funding budget of Rp 22.013.709.000,- (twenty two billions thirteen million seven hundred and nine rupiahs). Key words: Irrigation Network, Aljabar Method.
