- Sub-District Sukarami is a residential area and regional trade continues to increas from year to year, but common obstacle for those costumers where the existing water supply is less well served. The aim of the author is to know how much water should discharge flowing in the region. Data were collected from PDAM Tirta Musi, The Central Bureau of Statistic, Office Sukarami village and office Sukarami in Palembang as well as within the local communities. The author uses primary and secondary data in planning. Primary data were taken through survey, observation, and interviews. Secondary data were analyzed by using the theretical framework developed from saveral books. The data used to calculate the population of population projections for the next years, from the result of these calculations relate to calculate the requred amount of water, wich is then either used for analyzing pipelines wwith Hardy Cross methid. In the calculation of water requirements, water flow that will come flowing in the region sub-district Sukarami of Sukarami Palembang for 20 years (2015-2034) with a discharge of 81,027 liters/sec.
