- The title of this final report is Development Planning, Faculty of Business Economics Islam ( FEBI ) IAIN Raden Fatah Palembang . FEBI building is planned to be built as high as 3 floors with a total area of 400 m2 in road Prof.K.H.Zainal Abidin Fikry Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.. The purpose of this final report is to create a detailed design will be built as well as the author aims to gain experience and skills in planning a building . Research conducted prior to soil conditions to ensure that the necessary building construction design effective and efficient in terms of technical aspects , operational aspects and funding aspects . We plan and calculate the building was based on primary data and supporting data . Primary data collected from field observation planning and supporting data were analyzed using the formula of several books . Basic theory calculations using SNI - 03-2748-2002 on concrete structures , reinforced concrete structures and arrangements Istimawan Reinforced Concrete Calculation Table Gideon essay . The end result of this building design using steel roof truss construction , structural concrete for beams , columns and Sloof , and we use a pile foundation . Keywords: Planning, Building, Structure
