  • The title of this report is “The Employee Working Performance in Food and Beverage Service Department for Room Service at Aryaduta Hotel Palembang”. The problem of this study was “what are the influences of employee working performance toward service quality for room service at Aryaduta Hotel Palembang?” The purpose of this study is to find the influence of employee working performance toward service quality in Hotel Aryaduta Palembang. It was qualitative descriptive method. The data were collected by observation for employee working performance in food and beverage service department and questionnaire for hotel guest as respondents to give a valuable toward service quality in room service. From the data, the writer calculated the result of observation and questionnaire into percentage then the writer described the data and made an analysis. Based on the analysis, the writer found some employees in food and beverage service department didn’t take their job based on the criteria that should be completed as an employee to increase service quality in food and beverage service department especially in room service.
