This can cause users to spend Analog KWH meter that cannot be controlled properly. To overcome this then created a digital KWH meter with additional features, namely digital KWH meter with prepaid system. This prepaid system replaces the payment system in general is to purchase a voucher code via SMS. So that users can control home electricity usage and savings on electricity expenses.
In this LA, I made a payment system with a prepaid system that makes it different with KWH meters in general. KWH meter will function after buying a voucher code containing a digital scale (to function as a pulse) as a comparison of the amount of energy used. How to pulse purchase is to buy at the sellers agent KWH pulse. The dealer texted to the server PLN to reload Users can send text messages to the server User PLN to get the voucher code in accordance with the nominal purchased.
