- Pagar Alam – Tanjung Sakti is a rood that connects Pagar Alam city and Bengkulu, this rood has a very important role in promoting economic growth both locally and nationally. In writing this final report, the authors would like to know how good the planning and design of geometric and thick pavement on Pagar Alam – Tanjung Sakti rood, so the path to be traversed can provide security and comfortas well aseconomical for theroad users. Planning for the geometric design of roads, things become a referencein planning include the calculation of horizontal alignment, vertikal alignment, and to determine what to use pvement. From the results of above calculations, Pagar Alam – Tanjung Sakti street is a class II A road with the speed of the road plan 60 km/hour, and on street corners uses 8 pieces. Layer of road surface using Laston MS 744 with 10 cm thick, a layer of crushed stone foundation using a class A with a thickness of 25 cm, while the bottom layer of foundation to use sirtu class B with 30 cm thick Key Word : Geometric Design, Road Pavement.
