This Final Report is the geometric planning and construction of pavement outside the ring road west Banyuasin - jakabaring STA 7+000 -13+500 South Sumatra province.

In this writer Path Planning based on the class path planning design, classification or rank of the road, traffic load. Calculations obtained from LHR 10162.26 smp, this way is classified into class II A which has 8 pieces tingkungan consisting of Full Circle, Circle Spiral Spiral, Spiral and Spiral. Based on the number of passing vehicles, the pavement layers are planned in this way the AC surface layer with a thickness of 4 cm WC, AC BC with 6cm thick, AC Base with 10cm thick, with a thick layer of foundation over 15 cm, while the bottom with a thick layer of foundation 20cm.

Based on the calculation can cost incurred at Jakabaring path planning - this Banyuasin ie, Rp. 72,130,667,912 (two billion one hundred seventy three pulus million six hundred and sixty-seven of nine hundred twelve dollars) to the execution time of 123 days.

Based on the authors concluded that the planning and geometric design of flexible pavement thickness is influenced by class LHR road traffic growth and CBR.
