- Road boundary Sekayu City - Mangunjaya a road located in the district of Banyuasin, South Sumatera Province. In this thesis, the authors do a good re-planning how to plan a geometric design, flexible pavement construction, road grade, and the calculation of the budget on roads Sekayu City Limits - Mangunjaya so the road to be traversed can provide comfort and security as well as economical for road users. In highway geometric design plan, things become a reference in planning include the calculation of horizontal alignment, vertical alignment, road class and specifies the type of pavement used. From the calculation of the path Sekayu City Limits - Mangunjaya is the class I with a speed plan 60 km/hour, there is a 2 lane road 2 lanes with a width of 2 x 3.5 m and 2 m wide road shoulder. This road section is designed to use 11 pieces bend consisting of 7 pieces bend Spiral Spiral Circle, 2 pieces bend Full Circle and Spiral Spiral 2 corner pieces with each pavement thickness using AC-WC Varley with a 7 cm thick, Varley AC-BC with 8 cm thick, Varley AC-Base with 10 cm thick, layers of foundation on using the aggregate class A with a 25 cm thick layer of aggregate subbase using class B with a thickness of 33 cm. Construction of roads is carried out within 185 days of work at a total cost of Rp. 106 887 400 000, - (Six Hundred Billion Eight Hundred Eighty Seven Million Four Hundred Thousand Rupiah).
