Video transmission technique is a technique used in a monitoring system based on microcontroller AVR ATMega 16. Technique video transmission technique that transmits video from CCTV cameras to monitor. The purpose of this tool is to produce a tool that facilitates communication with video and audio duplex system between guests and homeowners by utilizing CCTV technology and microcontroller AVR ATMega 16. Equipment is used as the medium of video communication between the guest house owner. This tool can also help homeowners to maintain the security of the house because this tool was made to monitor the situation outside the home. This tool uses microcontroller technology as a way control the video. The design of this tool is to use the cameras and monitors that have been so (build up). The design of a microcontroller with a plus IC ULN2803 as a relay circuit giving the orders to carry out work for the video transmission from the camera to the monitor.
