By making use of radio waves, a transmitter and receiver utilize a frequency of 27 MHz in the delivery and receipt of the information. That's because the circuit using a 27 MHz crystal oscillator which plays a role in regulating the frequency of the transmitted and received. When the switch on the transmitter is pressed in a state of "ON" then the transmitter will emit a series of signals through an antenna and will be detected by the receiver. The receiver will receive the signal emitted by the transmitter and directly send information to the receiver output in the form of a timer.
