Data collected through observation and interviews with Administration Employee Information Management Department State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya and library research. The Alumni Management Informatics participant processing, Informatics Management Department not use an application program yet and a database for storing the data of alumni yet. Informatics Management Department’s graduates have not had an internet-based communication media. Therefore, the Informatics Management Departmetn program requires an application can help in data processing alumni tracer study t the data communication forum for alumni of Informatics Management.
