- The System of handling disputes and conflict land in Pertanahan office of Palembang City by Online is a system that is built to processing complaints data and conflict land. Land Office as an admin can manage the data, sent a letter to the applicant's reply to the complaint more effectively and efficiently. System of handling disputes and conflicts land is built using PHP programming language with MySQL database and use a model of web engineering as a method of system development. This is expected to relieve the employee performance to processing data and the applicants who wish to resolve land disputes and conflicts.
