- ABSTRACT DESIGN OF QUADCOPTER AS SAFETY MONITORING IN CAMPUS STATE POLYTECHNIC OF SRIWIJAYA ADE HARDIANSYAH Quadcopter is one of UAV or Unmanned Aerial Vehicle. The unmanned plane system have watcher ability for long distance being based not only video but also image (photograph). Quadcopter is one of multirotor type that have stable fly ability. With that ability, quadcopter can be used in monitoring mission, expected that result of monitoring picture with best quality. Balance system of quadcopter got from coordination between its compiler censors, that is gyroscope, Global Position System (GPS) and electronic compass. Besides censors used as input, quadcopter also have output, ESC ( Electronic Speed Control) giving voltage to each DC brushless motor. Quadcopter compatibility making quadcopter become to stabilize fly though in a windy weather. keywords : quadcopter, UAV, multirotor, monitoring.
