Information Science</subject><description>This final report entitled "Acceptance of Information Systems Web-Based Achievement Scholarship Dhuafa on Yayasan Amil Zakat PUSRI (YAZRI) Palembang". This information system is a software program created by the author to facilitate the registration process scholarships for students who wish to register themselves as foster care recipients of Yayasan Amil Zakat PUSRI (YAZRI) Palembang. Students who wish to register themselves to participate in the selection recipients can immediately fill the registration form provided in this system and complete the requirements that have been determined, the next student scholarship recipients must re-register if they pass the administrative selection online. Then students will get a card examinees and examinations recipients along with a series of selection process to the next stage of the announcement to be displayed into the online announcement. Scholarship information system acceptance is made by using the programming language PHP with MySQL database management.
