- The title on the final report is "application Processing School Health Efforts Logging (UKS) in Implementing the Technical Service Unit Office (UPTD) Sub Ilir Timur I, Palembang". The Data obtained from the results of the interviews on Implementing Technical Service Unit Office (UPTD) education youth and sports is located at JL. Maj. Santoso 20 Ilir D III of Cambodia, Palembang. The results obtained from the research that is processing the logging Business School Health (UKS) which runs but still have to use data processing applications using Microsoft Excel in the input of the processing the result of the data of Health Business School, so that often occur the difficulties in processing the data, it makes the process of input and processing the data doesn’t work correctly and accurately. Based on these problems, the author aims to build "the application of Processing Logging Venture Health School (UKS) in Implementing the Technical Service Unit Office (UNIT) Sub Ilir Timur I, Palembang", where these applications can generate output that is accurate and fast. Making for the application using Web-based programming languages (PHP, using a MySQL database).
