- The purpose of the final report is to create an application of the online propose employee for leaving at PT. Golden Blossom Sumatra Palembang covering the propose employee for leaving and also making report of leaving employee within one year period. The process that used to design the application is drafted using Data Flow Diagram (DFD) also using the PHP Programming language and Database MySQL. This application has some forms such as login form, leaving propose form, borrow leaving propose, adding employee form, and adding kind of leaving form. This application will generate output of propose of leaving sheet that has been agreed by lead of division and manager and printed on HRD departement. With the estabelishment of this application is expected to facilitate employees and HRD staff to propose of leaving by online also to process leaving of employees at the corporation and also provide an information fast, appropiate and accurate.
