- The final report is intended to assist in data processing budget expenditures on the evidence and information systems engineering division. The problem is the data that is processed is still done manually and report spending budget using Microsoft Excel application. In processing the data to be entered in the form of jobs data, the data subdivision, the data descriptions, and user data. Then the output results that are processed in an application will generate an evidence report spending budget. This application is created using PHP programming language and MySQL database. This application is expected to assist the Division of Engineering and Information Systems at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Branch Palembang in data processing job descriptions on tekmil subdivision (mechanical and electrical engineering), teksip (civil engineering), and Datin (technical information system).
