This application is created using Context diagram, DFD, Blockchart, Flowchart, ERD, and use the programming language PHP with MySQL database. This application there is main menu can be used admin in processing data, as well as input form, edit form, delete form, with the output of kwitansi form, permit form and data report expedition goods for leader.
