- Government has a role helping Karang Jaya village of Palembang the activities of the distibution for the poor people (Raskin). Raskin program is national program aimed at helping poor households to meet food needs and reduce the adequacy of financial burden of subsidized rice through the provider. In charge of social welfare Karang Jaya Village of Palembang, has tasks in the data processing Raskin. in charge of social welfare still use books or papers in the data recording Raskin, this is very inefficient because the risk of data loss is very large like a lost book or paper used wet, but I am trying to build a more efficient computerized system that can speed up the processing of the data processing citizens in Karang Jaya Village of Palembang. System development methods used RUP (Rational Unified Proccess) by focusing on UML (Unified Modeling Language) and the research methods used, interviews, observation and document analysis. The result in the form of the System Computerized distribution rice the poor for people in Karang Jaya Village of Palembang.
